THE FINE STRUCTURE CONSTANT AS BEING RELATIVE TO THE OBSERVER.

If the Speed of Light is a localised value which is relative to the observer-it accommodates the hypothesis that the universe [and the emergence of consciousness within it] is infinitely scalable.

THE SPEED OF LIGHT [AND THEFORE THE PLANCK LENGTH] AS RELATIVE TO THE OBSERVER.

As an illustration of this hypothesis, consider the following thought experiment scenario: 'Bob' is in a laboratory situated at the top of a mountain. 'Alice' is in an identical laboratory situated at sea level. Both have the same equipment required to accurately measure the velocity of the speed of light.

Despite the well-documented relativistic fact that time 'ticks' faster at the top of the mountain than it does at sea level, Alice and Bob will nonetheless agree and concur, that the velocity of the speed of light, is exactly 299,792,458 m/s - no more, no less.

Since a Planck Length is defined by the distance a photon of light travels in Planck Time- means that 'Alice and 'Bob' will therefore also concur on their respective evaluations of the Planck Length as being 1.62 x10-35m.

The main implication inherent in this observation, becomes evident if we extend this concept further - and imagine that hypothetical 'Bob'. is now located just outside the 'Schwarzschild Limit' event horizon of a black hole - and at a radius which is just before the region where the black hole's gravitational dilation, has stopped the flow of time completely.

Theoretically, we can locate 'Bob' at a radius where the gravitational dilation of 'Bob time', relative to 'Alice Time', equates as 1 'Bob Minute' compared to 1 'Alice' Years'. However, since the dilation of time is infinite - then theoretically, we could locate 'Bob' at a radius relative to 'Alice', where 1 'Bob Second', is equal to any infinite value of 'Alice Years'.

From Bob's perspective however, regardless of the degree of gravitational dilation, the flow of time continues to appear perfectly normal. In conjunction, his measurement of the SOL - and also his local measurement of the value of the Planck length -will also still continue to agree with Alice.

The Panpsychism explanation as to why 'Bob' and 'Alice' both agree on the value of the speed of light, is that their ability to form a narrative flow of thoughts [ie, 'thinking' and 'consciousness' itself] is governed entirely by the localised rate at which information flows [ie, the 'time dilation'] relative to the 'measurer' / 'observer'.

In conjunction, the rate of the flow of time and of information relative to the locations of 'Bob' and 'Alice' respectively, would also apply to the vibrational frequency of the atomic structure of the materials and the equipment they are using, to measure the speed of light.

It is the fact that the vibrational frequency of the molecules and cells of which Bob's body is made [in conjunction with that of the inanimate matter of which his spaceship, and everything in it, are also made]- are in synchronicity with the same slowed localized rate at which Bob’s own consciousness operates and functions over time [and which he perceives as representing physical reality] - subsequently explains the underlying fundamental reason why everything appears perfectly normal to Bob.

The implication inherent in this principle is that; regardless of the timeframe -[ie, the 'magnitude' of the dilation of time] within which any given consciousness exists- his/her own local measurement of the perceived velocity of the speed of light, will consistently always be 299 792 458 m / s.

In a Panpsychism 'Multiverse' interpretation of the structure of the universe - since the dilation of time is infinitely scalable, and that the speed of light and the Planck Length are relative to the consciousness which is measuring them- accommodates the hypothesis that the Large scale structure our own observable universe, represents nothing more than a biomolecule which exists within the physical body of an anonymous living organism - 'Alex', whose consciousness operates and functions within a localised timeframe - where the 13.7 billion years age of our own observable universe, is measured in Zeptoseconds.

THE FINE STRUCTURE CONSTANT AS RELATIVE TO THE OBSERVER.

Based on the Bohr Model of the atom- the value of the Fine Structure Constant is derived from the notional orbital velocity / 'angular momentum' of the Electron in an atom of Neutral Hydrogen - where the latter corresponds to a value of 1/137 of the speed of light.

However, if the 'SOL' is itself a localised value which is relative to the timeframe within which the consciousness of the observer operates and functions- then ultimately, it therefore dictates that the Fine Structure Constant, is also a localised value which is relative only to the consciousness which is measuring it.

One of the major assertions proposed by this model, is that we are not made of 'Star Stuff' [a notion popularised by Carl Sagan]- and as such, that every biomolecule of which our body is made, are formed moment to moment at their own unique singular coordinate as our body moves through the dimensions of time and space.

Relative to the timeframe within which 'Alex's' own consciousness functions, the individual biomolecule which constitutes our universe, already exists in his/her past. .....

The motive force for......is the 2nd Gen 'ITM' ...linear to angular momentum...

...same as everyone, the existence of Alex's body is quantised.......this is the particular configuration of Alex's ISC / body /Qusiparticle as it exists relative to that static moment in time...

Whilst the Planck Constant may indeed represents a wavelength parameter for the smallest possible unit of separation between any 2 points within the 3-dimensions of space- the fact that the dilation of time is infinite-means that the Planck Length- [acting as a physical parameter for the smallest unit of time], becomes irrelevant within the infinite spectrum of the dilation of time itself.

Whilst we associate directly with it, we are not our physical body. The fundamental nature and the 'essence' of our existence in the universe is that we are essentially 'non-material' entities - ['Spirit', 'Immortal Soul', .......] - which, when it attains consciousness in a living thing, adopts the form of a 'Monad'. After it attains conscious awareness, the Monad can be regarded as existing in a continually changing present moment 'x' which is relative only to that individual Monad. Whilst the existence of the ..........

The fact that the 'PC' and 'ISC' components of consciousness / the 'Monad', are themselves separated in time by a period of 0.12sec.- then in its role as being the 'centralised' coordinator of our voluntary movements-defines the existence of the Monad as being somehow synonymous with a singular 'focal-point' - where the the synchronisation of the incoming 'time-shifted' information, becomes realised at a static present moment in time.......

A present moment represents a quantum of existence.....

A 'present moment' has a duration of approximately 1.52×10−16 seconds (or 152 femtoseconds)- which is the time taken for the electron to make one orbit of the nucleus of an atom of Hydrogen.

creating 3-dimensional space as we traverse the universe- and experiencing the phenomena of time as we do so.

The present moment represents the focal point of existence which is relative only to the consciousness which is perceiving it. The present moment' is a concept which only applies to the Monad. 'Time' is the phenomenon we experience by virtue of the fact that our consciousness [and 'existence' itself] is 'quantised'.

The fact that, relative to the host Field of Equilibrium Sphere- the 'Schwarzschild Radius' ['SR'] represents the localized physical parameter for the smallest possible unit of space and time- then the fact that the 'Schwarzschild radius' relative to the Proton of an atom of Neutral Hydrogen corresponds exactly with the Planck length - therefore renders the Planck Constant as being equivalent to the 'SR' - and where the latter is relative to the magnitude of the host FoE sphere itself.

The existence of the 'FoE' matrix, [ie,the 'Yin'] - as a 'non-material' domain whose geometry and architecture conforms solely to the laws of 'GTE' - and which is therefore not confined by the same physical parameters of time and space, as that which applies in the 'Yang'- in conjunction with the fact that the speed of light [ and therefore the Planck length] has a localized value which is relative to the observer- accommodates the 'Multiverse' hypothesis for a self-replicating mechanism - in which the emergence of any given 'FoE' sphere can be regarded as a quantum of space and time which is relative only to itself - and which has 'branched off' from the 'GTE' architecture of a 'Parent' 'FoE' sphere - which itself, has also 'branched off' from its own relative host, Parent 'FoE' sphere.

Because the 'non-material' structure of the FoE matrix and its associated 'GTE' geometry, is not restricted by the physical parameter of the Planck length- accommodates the notion that ultimately, the 'branching off' mechanism of individual 'FoE' spheres emerging within a Parent FoE sphere- is a process which is infinitely scalable in its application.
